Many have talked about them. Many have begged and lobbied the US government for them. Many have gone to prison and have died trying to get them; but none has been successful.

Almighty GOD has sent us a plan that will get us the reparations that we are not only entitled to and were promised, but that we earn today and not just earned yesterday. When a mother is about to give birth, she and her husband or baby’s daddy, and many times his and her family and friends, come together and prepare for the coming of the newborn child. Baby showers, nursery furnishings and decorations, name choosing, and plans for a lifetime of what and how this child will be are all done before the child arrives. However, the planning is based upon the reality that the child will be born. It all begins with belief and faith and knowing what is coming.
Reparations have to be treated in the same manner as the newborn child that is about to enter the world. We have to first believe that the reparations are in the womb of our people and our government, and then we must make preparations for the reparations. We cannot believe we will receive reparations and have yet to make preparations for the reparations. So we must first act like the parents of the newborn child that we expect to be delivered into the world and we must start making preparations to receive this long-awaited child.
A mother carrying the child does many things and goes through many bodily, mental, spiritual, psychological, and emotional changes, as does the attentive father. Then the diet, the cravings, the shifts, the pain and suffering, the restlessness and anxiousness, along with the fear, despair, stress are all intertwined with the joy, hope, bliss, happiness and confidence of having this child. The balancing of the human being during the period of pregnancy and childbirth is an amazing process, and every single being that comes into the world as human must undergo this process inside the womb of a woman. There is no birth without the pain and suffering, the toil and struggles, and then after all of these, the child is delivered and is united externally with its parents who are suppose to nurture, love, guide and protect him or her as they did while he or she was inside the womb. We must do and expect the same struggles, pains and gains if we truly want to receive reparations from our government.
What is our government? Our government is We, The People. Of, for and by the people of the United States of America is what, how and why the government is formed and made. The Reparations due to the Black, Negro, Colored, African and African-Americans, the only slaves of America, are promised and ordered to be issued by the United States of America in the form of Forty (40) Acres and A Mule. Field Order No.15 was made and the order was never carried out. 157 years ago, January 16, 1865, Union General William T. Sherman issued Special Field Order No. 15, which confiscated as federal property, a strip of coastal land extending about 30 miles inland from the Atlantic ocean and stretching from Charleston, South Carolina, 245 miles south to the St. John’s River in Jacksonville, Florida, including Georgia’s Sea Islands. The order gave roughly 400,000 acres to the newly emancipated slaves in forty-acre sections. In order to cultivate this land, the emancipated slaves were promised at least one mule each. This is where the 40 acres and a mule concept came from.
Reparations have since this time turned into more than just 40 acres and a mule but a repayment of debt, wages, social security, death and healthcare benefits, retirement, and many other penalties the United States government owes to the surviving ancestors of the slaves who worked on American soil and built this nation for free. Adding to this physical repayment is the stress, trauma, PTSD and suffering Blacks, Negroes, Coloreds, etc. endured and suffered under White rule, racism, supremacy and terrorism, to include every violation and denial of human and civil rights, kidnapping, unlawful detention, rape, sodomy, pedophilia, assassination, murder, embezzlement, theft, robbery, torture, larceny, arson, and vandalism. Included also in the Reparations sought by today’s descendants of slaves is the repayment for the monies lost as a result of the inability to own, copyright and patent property, ideas and inventions. The tons of money that White slave masters stole from their slaves, resulting form their wit, genius, ideas and patented inventions, must be calculated and repaid to the rightful owners of the products, ideas and inventions. This is a Reparations Package!
Believe it or not, but I have been sent by GOD to deliver our people from bondage under this American Pharaoh and into a Promised Land away from Pharaoh’s rule, influence and domination. The means by which We, the People, will receive our Reparations is not the same as the Jews that got their reparations from Germany, the USA, and the rest of the world after Hitler and the Nazis decimated the European Jews; our reparations are not the same as the reparations paid to the unlawfully detained and encamped US Japanese of WWII; the reparations due to us, the Black, African-American people, are unlike any other reparations due to any other people by their government. Apologies and the need to belong or to be equal and to be recognized by the White criminals and their descendants are not what we want. They apologized for the crimes of the Tuskegee experiment and other crimes against a small number of Blacks, but they have yet to repay us for what they owe us and what they promised and were ordered to pay us.
We don’t want trophies, plaques, medals and certificates! We want our money! We want our forty (40) acres and our mule, or today’s value for them plus penalties and interest on unpaid, late debt, just like the IRS charges the same. We want our reparations to be issued to us by the same government that paid the Jews and Japanese; the same government that has been able to muster up enough money to purchase zillions of PPE and to pay economic relief to the world and to nations of suffering people, including Whites that have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. If America can dole out trillions of dollars at-will to the American people, then America can dole out trillions of dollars at-will to those it has promised reparations over 1.5 centuries ago but violated its word and never gave reparations to the just-due recipients.
Thy Kingdom come! Thy Will be done! It is time for GOD’s Will to come to and upon us.
The problem with older versions of reparations is that it made America:
- Shamefully admit that it is a liar and thief and blatantly mistreats and mistreated its own citizens
- Pay a lump sum of money that it is unwilling to pay to Negroes
- Accept a debt and burden that is over 150 years old; a debt that should be ignored, forgotten or forgiven
- Elevate the Negro to a financial status that Whites are not prepared to accept
- Unable to properly identify those that are entitled to reparations
- Accept all Blacks as persons that are victimized and that are due reparations
- Have no exit plan or recovery plan resulting from the large payout
GOD has a Plan and He is The Best of Planners. Thy (God’s) Kingdom come! Thy (God’s) Will be done!
GOD is Just, Fair and Honest. GOD knows who is entitled to reparations and who is not. GOD also knows that a fool and his or her money shall soon part. Just as we saw what happened when Negroes receive the smallest amount of money in stimulus checks, income tax returns, unemployment benefits, and disaster relief assistance loans or grants, the same is guaranteed to happen if Negroes suddenly get reparations from the US government. In a very short period of time, Negroes will be broke and looking for more money; they will be stuck with all sorts of depreciated and worthless material possessions; they will be overweight and obese due to overindulgence, gluttony, vanity, excessive and extreme partying, alcohol, drugs, gambling and sex abuses, travel, etc., and the ghettoes and hoods will still look and be the same or worse.
The Negroes will give almost all of the reparations money back to the White people and to all the other races that flock to the ghettoes and hoods in order to get in on the fleecing of the Black community. Again, the ghetto will still be the ghetto and all of the ills from which the Blacks in America suffer as a whole and collective people will only increase and expand. This is what happens and what will happen if the Blacks try to get reparations on their own and leave God and His Will and Kingdom out of the reparations plan. History is doomed to be repeated. Unless the plan changes there will be no change in the outcomes for our people. All we will have is evidence of payment but no evidence of effective use of funds.

If you trust in GOD, then follow me. Sounds familiar? Easy to quote but hard to do. Why? It is because we do not love and do not trust or respect one another. If it costs money, we definitely do not trust the Black man asking for money unless he is representing a White image of power and authority or has the seal of approval to be our leaders. If it is a rich Black person then we expect him or her to give us everything for free. Any Black leader is damned from the start when he or she tries to help his or her own people. Then, after the Black leader makes sacrifices and is threatened, beaten, jailed or assassinated, we mourn for a moment and then return to our foolish ways. We have had countless leaders emerge from our midst and they gave their lives in order to try and set us free, but just like Harriet Tubman could not convince all of the slaves to run for their freedom, our leaders cannot and have not been able to convince all of our people to even want to leave or get from under this oppressive and systemic racist, White supremacist regime controlled, orchestrated and influenced by White people.
The confusion that we have is fleeing our homes or going somewhere, but The Road To Reparations is one where we stand our ground and take refuge in GOD right where we are, and then collectively unify our minds, hearts, spirits and resources in order to form a bond that will unleash the power we have for change. President Donald Trump wanted to build a wall to protect our borders; we are building a wall of resistance to “NO”; a wall that screams for immediate attention to a century and a half debt owed to us; a wall that cannot be tunneled or scaled with political rhetoric and vandalized by excuses or delays; a wall that stands eternally for our true freedom and the rendering of justice and balance within America, our only country. This Wall is the starting point that has a gate that opens the path to The Road To Reparations. This is where we must start, with this Wall

Reparations were not a problem to pay to the American Japanese. Why? It is because they had a country and nation outside of their own American communities that had interest in, of and for the United States. It was good business for America to establish harmonious relations with the Japanese Americans who were useful in expanding American interests with and among their relatives in Japan. It was a wise and smart investment.
Reparations were not a problem to pay to the International Jews. Why? It is because they had their hands into every facet of economics and banking around the world and controlled a lot of industry. Putting the Jews back into power and giving them their own state and land at the demise and to the detriment of others, like the Palestinians, was about business and power, not justice or fairness.
Whenever America wants to pay for anything, it pays for it. In fact, the total cost of election campaigns and the advertisements and commercial spending outstretch the amount of money that Reparations to African-Americans would cost the United States of America. Some say that the lives lost in the Civil War are reparations enough for the Black slaves. However they do not say the same when calculating the lives lost and the properties destroyed in the wars America has participated in since the Civil War. What we spent to rebuild Vietnam and Korea is enormous in comparison to what we are asking for from our own country. We contribute to our nation just as much as any other race of people. We work and fearfully pay our taxes. Why then is it easy to agree to pay everyone else but us? Why do we celebrate the successful restoration and restitution of other races of people and their countries, but hate to see Black Americans get anything that will set us on equal footing? The answer is simple.
Whites and others in America that have not been through the institution of slavery have no respect for those who allowed themselves to be enslaved. The fact that we are not still enslaved should be sufficient enough as restitution; we should be appreciative and thankful and we should not be asking for anything else. They equate the amount of social services, food and housing Blacks receive in America as reparations, although we only make up less than 12% of the entire population of the USA. Yet the services, food and housing are for all Americans and immigrants, legal and illegal. Reparations are specific and are for an identified race and class of people that are due to receive them. The description is unmistakable. So we must focus on the Order for Reparations and not on the Claim for Reparations.
America is not going to give every Black in America money for something that happened centuries ago. There were not even this many Blacks in America back then, so to pay the current constituency based upon an Order issued over 150 years ago is unfair, mathematically impossible, and is not going to happen. Period! Getting paid for KKK assassinations and US government terrorist activities, Jim Crow, Reconstruction, Civil Rights violations, Redlining, Gerrymandering, Voter’s Rights suppression, and every thing the White people did to the Blacks, including influencing other races to treat us just as ignorantly and unjustly as our White Christian and Jewish counterparts treated us, is not going to happen. Our petitioners for Reparations lost track of the subject and became emotionally distraught and got so entangled in the web of justice that they walked away with nothing.
They have the audacity to even try to pass bills that will allow for us to study Reparations. How long will this take? Reparations have already been ordered! We don’t need any studies and data collections. We need immediate action! However, just like the Jews, Japanese, Indians or Native Americans, and all other countries and people that have received financial assistance, restitution, and reparations from America, the Blacks of America have to have external support and pressure coupled with a value to America that will trigger the flow of Reparations. Until this is done, Reparations will only be talked about and not taken seriously by the persons who control the purse of America. Blacks have to have value or threat of loss to America in order for Reparations to be viable.
If the Blacks of America are serious about Reparations, then we have to follow the plan, build the wall, and then open the gates and travel down the Road that leads to guaranteed Reparations. COVID hit America hard in March of 2020. The first economic relief was signed on March 27, 2020. Within less than a quarter of a year the United States of America signed a Bill that permitted it to open up its wallets and purses and give unto its citizens trillions of dollars in relief funding in order to avoid a collapse of the entire system that was created to keep the people engaged in purchasing and consumption. What is the money for? Spending! The money is designed to keep the rich in the receipt of money and to keep the poor and hopeful striving to get more money so they can spend it on things that are necessary for survival and for the chance to pretend to be and feel like they are rich and famous.
Reparations for the Blacks in America have the same effect. America has proven that it can pay any amount that it wants to pay to any person or group of people it chooses to pay, foreign or domestic. We give billions or trillions of dollars in US aid to foreign countries but cannot honor our own Order of Reparations to the African-slaves of the US? This is unacceptable and cannot be supported or endured any longer by the citizens, the voting people, and the working class that pay taxes to a government that refuses to honor its own Order. We must build the wall. We must build a starting point that is so solid that it will enclose those who are entitled to Reparations and make them one. This wall must separate The Road To Reparations from the road of the past that prohibits Reparations, and it must protect the system that distributes Reparations as well as the citizens that are entitled to receive Reparations.
The Reparations must be cultivated so they may grow, be recycled, and not be depleted. The wall is a vertical structure, an upright structure, one built upon what goes up and is upright and right, not what goes down and becomes wrong. This is why we must be upright as a people and not try to get Reparations without being ready to receive them; we must and be acceptable in the sight of GOD firstly before we ask to be repaired and restored whilst we are broken, deaf, dumb and blind. Preparations before Reparations! We must build the wall.

Like when a teacher walks in the classroom and sees the students sitting upright and attentive, the teacher knows the class is ready and then the teaching can begin. We must show America that we are ready for reparations. All of this wild and foolish behavior, wanton spending, overindulgence, violence, sex, and Hedonism must stop because if a fool and his or her money shall soon part, why even give the fool any money at all?
America has created us, given birth to us, cultivated and corralled us, taught and directed us, denied us and turned us loose in the areas where it wants us to grow and flourish, America does planning all of the time, Nothing is by chance or mistake! So it knows its Black people because Black people in America were created by America. So America is not going to give its creation any reparations for an intended plan that produced the expected outcomes, +/- a percentage or margin or error. If we want Reparations we must show America that we are not the descendants of slaves and shackled 3/5 human people, but we are people of Africa who were brought to America against our will and forced work for free.
