My Options

There are two options currently available to all African-Americans. They are not set in stone but are a basis of fixed conversation based upon mathematical calculations:

Option One

40 Acres and a mule

This option requires proof of lineage for the recipient. The value of 40 acres and a mule is calculated based upon the state where the slave resided when freed or the value is on average $206,800.00.

Option Two

400 years of unpaid labor

This option requires only proof of citizenship in the US between 1865 and 1990 as an indigenous citizen that is a descendant of slaves. Recipient is entitled to $1,024,800.00 to be paid over an amortized 30-year period at 5.25% with monthly payments of $5,643.52 paid on the first of each month for thirty consecutive years.
